SZL series of evaporative condensers are mainly heat transfer between water and air and high temperature gaseous refrigerant inside cooling coil, some water evaporate into gas and take away heat from refrigerant and refrigerant condense into liquid.
When it works, cooling water is conveyed to inner water distribution system by pump, water distribution system nozzles evenly spray surface of condensing coil and form a thin water film; high temperature gas refrigerant come from upper side and flow away from bottom in liquid state. Water turns into some vapor when absorb heat and discharge by fan. water without vaporation is blocked by baffle board and go into PVC heat transfer layer. Water there is cooled by air and come in liquid catching tray, then into water distribution system by circulating water pump. Then it whole procedure circulate again. Float valve inside catch water tray automatically controls cooling water.
